Impact of Computerization
1. Time Saving - Since the speed of working of the computer is very fast, so the tasks to be completed by man in a year are done in few minutes with the help of computer.
2. Error-free work - With the use of computer , the possibility of error in the work becomes negligible. Any error that occurs is the result of wrong data or wrong program which can be identified and corrected.
3. Quality of work - Since the computer works with the same quality every time, there is no effect on the quality of the product even after doing the same work again and again.
4. Saving of paper - Due to the use of electronic methods of data collection and their huge storage capacity, paper saving becomes possible with the use of computers.
5. Unemployment – This is a negative effect of the widespread use of computers. The work of hundreds of people can be done by a computer, which affects the livelihood of the people. But it can be controlled by alternate arrangements and proper development. On the other hand, employment can also be created in computer related fields.
