 View Menu in MS Word

  1. Document view -
    The view of the document can be changed using this option.
  2. Show hide -
    Rulers, gridlines and navigation panes can be shown and hidden using this option.
  3. Zoom -
    Using this option, the document can be zoomed in and out.
  4. Window -
    This option is used to manage multiple open documents. Clicking on New Window automatically opens the current page in a new window. If you want to make copies of the current page, you can click New Window. Clicking on Arrange All adjusts all the windows on the screen.
  5. Macro -
    It is a VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) software. Which is used to record a task and execute it again through a command.
